Johannes Skoog took First Prize in the 2024 Canadian International Organ Competition. He is heard in performances from the semi-final and final round of the CIOC, playing the 1961 Rudolf von Beckerath organ at Immaculate Conception Church (*), the 1915-1996 Casavant organ at the Church of Saint John the Baptist (**), and the 2014 Casavant at the Maison Symphonique, all in Montreal.
Mr. Skoog will appear in concerts at the Museum Center in Cincinnati, OH (February 25), at Augustana Lutheran Church in West Saint Paul, MN (February 27), and 1st Presbyterian Church, Dallas, TX (March 1) and in a master class at the University of North Texas, Denton, TX (March 2).
